Easy meat cooking

I want to cook steaks, burgers, chicken thighs/wings, salmon fillets.

My goal is to cook them:

1) fast

2) ideally not having to check them all the time or turn them all the time

3) without having to wash dishes afterwards

Is there any solution for this?

For example, can I put the steak on a microwave lining paper and cook it in the microwave?

Or in the halogen oven?

Cooking them in a pan is messy and I have to clean the pan afterwards.

Do you have any method/technique that can help?

In a microwave, no. But you can line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and parchment and then cook chicken wings, salmon, chicken, pork, veggies, potatoes,or whatever you like in a real oven with excellent results. But not steak, and not burgers. For that you need to sear them in a hot pan or a grill and that yummy deliciousness is only deserved by the people who are willing to put in the time and effort of cleaning up after themselves.
