    I cooked this for a job trial, I figured it turned out good so I am pleased with it!

    Sounds good!! Your duck skin looks perfectly caramelized.... but isn't it overcooked? On the photograph it looks fully cooked through.

    How did the job interview go? Did you get the job? /img/vbsmilies/smilies/smile.gif

    yes It was overcooked :( not to worry, Trial and error

    No I didn't but come to think of it I wouldn't be suited, I have another place now though! :D
