What do you guys think about asking existing doughnut shop to share their space for bakery? Instead of finding my own space, could I just operate a cupcake shop with an existing doughnut shop that often closes at noon? I know their will be some hours of overalap but most bakers don't bake their cupcake as early as the doughnut peeps right? I could split the cost of the lease, kitchen equipment, utilities.. is this a reasonable idea?
