Dry or wet method of sugar cooking?

    I personally think the dry method is better , because the end product in the wet method tends to come out a bubbly texture, or is there a better way for a better result for the wet method?

    I personally would say it depends on what your trying to make. I use wet and dry, they both serve their purpose, its just a matter of what your end product is.
