Doughnuts!

    I really like home made cake doughnuts, trouble is, I live alone and they dry out fast. Can I freeze half of the batter/dough, to thaw and use later?

    Try it and let us know. you could also make a batch of the dry ingredients to keep at hand. Then add wet ingredients as needed.
