In kitchens that observe it, it depends on the "system" (country/region) but where I am (Arizona USA) it means fish/seafood.

Wow.... I was going to answer this thread... but... really? You get one answer within 11 mn of posting, and you're complaining about the quality of the (free) service you're getting? With an attitude like that, why should I take time out of my day to help you? Honestly I saw that and didn't even read the question, and now I don't want to.

I, too, am seriously tired; I, too, have been working all day, and the few minutes I take out of my busy day to come to this forum are shared between answering some questions/asking my own. I get free help, I help for free.

I haven't seen you help anyone yet? Only complain about not getting the free help you believe you deserve (you don't) within 10 mn.

    what was the second question?

We are tired to and in this industry we only have free hands very rarely. The other guys even if they could view, might not be able to respond. This is a forum, it is not a chatroom so answers are not instantaneous

I'm with FF.. take that attitude elsewhere. Further, why the hell isn't your son doing the leg work to learn the answers, he might even LEARN something.

.......And why is he asking, instead of his son?
Even if it wasn't basic knowledge, If I was interviewing, I would be asking (myself), not asking my dad to ask.

Sorry to keep your royal highness waiting.  You might not be so tired if you didn't have to do your kid's homework.

Let's use some manners in our replies. Not personal attacks.

Phatch you might as well delete this one that guy never had the slightest intention of coming back here.

Sorry phatch, entering a forum is like entering a room and it'd be nice if people behaved that way rather than with entitlement. That was a bit much.

Nevertheless, we should not attack them in our response. You don't have to do their work for them, but manners must reign.
