    Hi there,

Growing up a family friend of ours used to make a wonderful dessert that goes like this... (short version).

Layer a cake pan with crushed grahm crackers and press down with melted butter.
Mix two eggs, two sticks of butter, and two cups of powdered sugar for 15 minutes.
Alternatively layer creamed mixture with fruit. We did mixture/pineapples, mixture/bananas, and mixture/whipping cream, with fresh strawberries on the very top. It has to sit overnight.

So, our friend never knew the name of the dessert and since her name was Barbara we always called it "Barbara's Treat". Does anyone know the real name???
    Thanks

This sounds like a common dessert recipe I've encountered. Sometimes it's frozen, sometimes served freshly made. Too often it's made with artificial "whipped cream" called "CoolWhip". The ingredients are unpronounceable! I'm sure it's tastier when made with real cream.
