how are you smoking?, flavor etc., & what is the dish? app, part of a steak entree etc.
I'd stick with drawn butter, perhaps with some garlic and lemon. Hollandaise is also good with artichokes.
a lemon aioli or lemon basil aioli is also good.....personally, i think lemon is a must with artichokes
it smoked with cherry tree and dill and it s a vacumed product, only artichock i am trying to find a sauce for vacume inside with another package but you knoow it must be stay more than 30 days i think ineed stricy recipe because it will be prepeard product . how about rasberry souce

Actually it was three different suggestions on routes that you could take with the sauce. My apologies for not being more specific.
Well, in that vein cheflayne, now i'm thinking maybe a rogan josh or thai green curry could work as well.
