Do You Have a Favorite Cocoa Powder?

I've mostly baked with Hershey's brand Special Dark dry cocoa powder and sometimes I mix it with the Kroger brand. I'm quite happy with the results but I'm wondering if it's worth it to try some of the finer brands (Droste, Guittard, Valrhona, Scharffenberger, Ghiradelli). Any thoughts?

Be aware that many brands are “ dutched” or treated with alkali. This is why many recipies call for dutched cocoa and baking Soda as leavener, if using non dutched cocoa, you need to use baking powder as there is no acid to react with soda.
