Do any of you work out?

I used to run long distance throughout high school, and the short time I was in college. Now with my work schedule (I work 12 hours x 6 days, aka the normal hours) I haven't run in a year. Sometimes I think, it would be good for my health to start again. But the overriding feeling is always "goddamit I need all the sleep I can get".

So I'm just asking you guys :3

I work out and excerise often. 

I work 8 hours a day Sun-Thurs (just lunch) and i work 16 hours friday and saturday. Not including events, gigs, and private parties and cooking classes my job offers to clients. 

But i still find time to exercise. 

I usually jog or walk everyday 4 miles a day (6/7 kilometers). In the past i used to do 5-6 miles a day. 

I´m a black belt in both karate and tae kwon do, i haven´t been praticing after moving to the southern hemisphere (here in Brazil), but i am planning on restarting.

I started doing light yoga. Mostly to alleviate lower back issues and weak muscles but it seems to help. I'm working on getting a bicycle but they are a bit pricey for me right now. 

Generally speaking, you have time for exercise always. But then you don't have time for something else. Sadly I've learned more and more that there are only so many hours in the day and always more things to do than I have time for.

I posted this someplace but will reinforce just for the love....
Being a morning person I try to get to the gym by ten am and do about and hour on a recumbent bike then hit a few machines for another hour or so.
Plenty of time on your hands after you have an erector set installed to hold your spine together.
Wont even talk about the almost constant pain cuz after all there are meds for that.

Sleep less move more.
