What are some ideas recipes for cold set-Anglaise based desserts have any ideas?
What's the event? Just dinner with friends?
What else are you serving? How much time do you have?
If you're doing a complicated main course then you may not want to spend alot of time on dessert. But, that's a personal thing you'll have to decide.
