Defrosted prawn curry overnight out of fridge

    I'm disabled and my carer defrosted a pre cooked prawn curry overnight out of fridge on worksurface (I'm in UK) my morning carer has now put it on fridge (it was already defrosted) is it safe to eat?

    No,she needs to always defrost food in the fridge.If microwave defrosting it should be eaten the same day.In saying that I personally don't like defrosting in the microwave.

    Yeah, I would probably throw it out. Risk is too high to mess with it.
