deep fried peanut butter

    Im attempting to develop a technique for deep frying peanut butter. has anyone ever done this sucsessfully?  any low tech attempts I have made have failed.  im trying some gels and hydrocolloids.  has anyone ever attempted this? any advice?

    What about shaping them into logs and freezing them.  Then get the frying trio:  flour, beaten eggs, and panko?

    Put them back in the freezer to set up for a few hours and then, fry away.  Let me know how this turns out.

    Treating them like mozzerella sticks might be your best bet. If this works you could wrap a frozen Nutella cigarette in peanut butter and go to town!!!
