Hello David. Welcome on board! I am new to cheftalk as well. Visited your site and found it to be very interesting indeed. I especially liked the concept of it. Incidentally, i am working on something similar to that of your concept of slow food - which is the "back to basics" concept - the ones on free of "additives, preservatives, etc". Does yours cover this too?
It would be great to share ideas or recipes on this concept.
