How many of you have had the responsibility of coming up with a wine list for your restaurant or the restaurant that you work in?

What were some of the factors that you had to contend with such as budget, style or theme, organization, pairings, selection conflicts etc?

What criteria did you have to meet when selecting a specific wine (price, vintage, varietal, etc)?

Were you happy with the results?
