cream of tartar

Hello i just want to ask if anyone know what i can use any thing instead cream of tartar in recipe !!

More info needed! Like, what is your recipe? That would be a good start.

It's a acid but a solid (not liquid) so it complicates thing s a bit, like the previous poster asked, what is it for?

it's difficult this point,  so dipendet the recipes, in any case you can sostitute with the Baking ,but you  must change the portion, end the end if you use the cream of Tartar , is better you use accompanied to sodium bicarbonate
