corzetti for Christmas presents

    I have a corzetti stamp with my logo (I write a blog on Italian culture).  I want to make corzetti and package them as part of Christmas presents this year.  Can I make in early November, dry, and store in zip-lock bags until I'm ready to package them in the pretty bags with ribbon, etc?  How long should they dry--maybe overnight or a day?
