I was told about a correspondence school in New York, but the person who told me didn't know the name. Has anyone here ever heard of it or some other version of this program? Has anyone been involved in a program like this? It specializes in the nutrition and chemistry of cooking to satisfy a variety special dietary requirements. People with chronic health problems, illnesses, food allergies, etc. It's not a degree program, it simply offers certification. It focuses primarily on how food affects the body and how it is digested; and how this information can be applied to people with special food-related needs.
