In your opinion, what is the best way to grill corn on the cob?  I have so many different recipes from different books on grilling, but would like to know your suggestion for the best way to prepare fresh corn on the cob.  Thank you!

I like to pull the husks back, tie them off so they act as handles, and then grill the corn over medium-high heat until some of the kernels are caramelized. Butter and season it afterwards, as butter applied before grilling causes flare-ups--and corn with soot deposits isn't nearly as attractive. For a twist, coat your grilled corn with mayonnaise and dust with chile powder and cotija cheese. (Find a recipe for "Windy City Corn" in Barbecue USA).
