    Marinate, brine, rehydrate... depends on the goal. 
    Unmold. 
    Stuff.
    Dehydrate, reduce, strain, drain.. depending on the use.

    Never heard that, I'm assuming it means deep frying depending on the use? 
    Most people using the word "seal" really mean "sear". 
    Strips.
    Roll out. 
    In French, "masquer" means to cover with ganache, sauce, cream or glaze.

    It depends do you mean the animal, to sear, or to pack (possible remove air) and close said product.
