If I'm cooking three 4 1/2 pound pork loin roasts in the same oven...does it increase the cooking time?   How long should I expect them to take to cook at 350 degrees??

Assuming you are not overcrowding your oven, cooking time will be slightly longer than that needed for the largest piece being cooked.

FWIW, cooking time is determined by the thickness of the meat, not by the number of pieces.

Also time is determined by the temp of the meat when you put it in oven. The colder the meat the longer the oven time. I always try to start all roast at almost room temp.
