I have been with this company for 2 years. I started as a executive sous chef in New York and then moved to south beach to be the chef de cuisine in a new restaurant of the same company. I just put in a month notice of resignation. I will be relocating 100 miles away. One of my junior sous chefs wants to leave to work with me. Through the grapevine I heard that the director of operations said that if I take him with me, he will sue me. Any suggestions. Any lawyer info? I'm confused.
