Commercial Baking

    Hello All,

    Nice to meet everybody! :)

    A friend and I, we are exploring the idea of commercial food. We would like to launch a biscuit.

    The question I hope you will be able to help me with is, will we be required to buy all equipment etc and run a bakery ourselves or is there commercial level bakeries which we can approach to do the baking and packaging for us?

    Hi Mark,

       There is usually someone who will manufacture your product for you. Check locally for wholesale bakeries

    or contact your local Chefs Association, TRA, etc. so see if they might know of someone. Also pick up locally packaged products and see where the are made.
