cold smoking beef tenderloin

    Just wondering if anyone has done this and what they thought. I've cold smoked lamb burgers before cooking before and loved it.

    I think you need a more specific question. Cold smoked tenderloin sounds like a great idea. Why not try it and post your results?

    Cool thanks, I definitely have it in my queue of things I wanna try. Just thought I'd see if anyone else has done it and what they thought.
