    I am making truffles and the recipe calls for sweetened cocoa powder all i can find is unsweetened cocoa powder is it possible to sweeten the powder to use for coating truffles?

    Just add powdered sugar to your unsweetened cocoa powder and you are ready to coat your truffles

    thats what I figured and was gonna try that if I didnt get any reply

    Make sure you use powdered sugar not 'icing' sugar as sold in the grocery store as it contains cornstarch which will through your recipe off. (unless it is designed for it's use)
