    Well I'm Joel. I cook a lot.

    For over fifteen years I have traveled the states eating and cooking. Working in small seafood restaurants with an ocean view in Florida, Mega structures and chef tables in Houston. (The dineout city) Oprahs favorite places in California, and now reside in Las Vegas working for the ultra rich and giving those that aren't the feeling for a couple hours.

    Glad I found a community that can travel with me in my pocket.

    Hi Joel. Welcome to the community! You'll find some great people to hang out with here, and we hope you can do that often. I see you've already jumped into the discussions, but don't overlook the excellent articles, cookbook and equipment reviews, photo galleries and more. We have a great group of pastry people here (I know a few of them personally), so you should feel at home here no matter where your computer happens to be.
