Hello everyone. I have been selling grills at a pool company while l also work at the pool store and clean pools. Glamorous I know, but restaurant work makes school way harder. Anyway I also do all the demo work for this company 12th largest pool builder in the country. Lots of fun and stuff kids relegated to simpler foods based on the clientele. That being said it has given me many catering jobs for well off families that like my food. All that Wong said I am doing a clam bake and need help with the menu I have never cooked for a clam bake on top of the fact they want cool different stuff not just the traditional clam bake fair. So I thought I would see what other chefs thoughts are. I really don't want to mess this up. It's a chance to get my name in a lot of ears of excellent clients.
