My father wanted to get a electric knife for Christmas and I told him I would see which ones people recommended and I looked on line at reviews but they're all different reviews, So I thought I would ask the Pros, anyone out there use a good one this thanksgiving to carve a turkey?

I have a Toastmaster which I use mostly on ham and breads, and it has worked fine for years.

"Pro's" won't use a 'lectric knife on a turkey, but we use them a lot for breads and pastries.

Thanks for letting me know what the "Pros" use them for, but any particular Model they, your self included, use for bread or pastries?

It's just two blades, scalloped edges with a  hollow grind. Other than the length of the blades, models/brands don't differ much at all.
