Choosing a school right out of high school

    I'm a highschool student currently and I'm looking for some help answering a few questions I have about culinary schools. First, is it best to go to school right out of high school or to start work in a kitchen and work my way up? How do employers look at school when hiring? What schools are best respected? Thank you for any insights you may be able to share.
