Chocolate

    I want to make red, white and blue chocolate squares to use for a 4th of July s'mores bar and I was wondering what I should use: candy melts, almond bark or "real" white chocolate?

    I'm not sure how it would melt if I used candy melts or almond bark. Any suggestions?

    Well, I would use real white chocolate, candy melts are not that appealing to me. You would then need oil based coloring for real chocolate.
