I am thinking of doing a chocolate sponge with plum, but not sure if it would work wat do we think?
Jam, poached plums, plum puree?
It's not a match I've ever tried, but cherries and chocolate are a pairing....
you mean Plum as the filling ? or flavor in addition to chocolate ? Martha Stewart has a great rolled cake recipe, That is what I used for the Ghittard Chocolate Passion competition w/ addition to m own filling and decorations.
i was thinking more of a layer of plums in the centre, but maybe poach the plums first in sherry.
