You know, I did not think of that until you mentioned that Pizzelle is Italian w/c is perfect for Cannolis when I made them I just thought I want something that does not taste like pie crust for Cannoli shells then I thought of the Pizzelle.. Now it just hit me !! /img/vbsmilies/smilies/lever.gif
