Hey all! Just joined this site after reading through some interesting postings and can't wait to chime in on some of the discussions. I have been in the culinary field for a little over 40 years now and have worked at every position whether it's FOH or the BOH. "Soup to nuts" right? I have just logged in my 23rd year as an Executive Chef and run an extensive operation in Alaska for the Princess Cruise Lines. I am looking forward to chatting with you all at some point!
