I usually make this pie when I'm on the run, it only takes 10 minutes to prepare if I remember to defrost the dough and I already have the meat prepared from another recipe. Ingredients for 6 servings: - 400g pastry dough - 500g boiled chicken, diced - 1 small zucchini - 1 green capsicum - 1 small onion - 3 garlic cloves - 2 table spoons olive oil - salt, pepper I dice the onions, the zucchini and the capsicum, and then put the olive oil in a frying pan and sote them all. I first add the onions, the capsicum, and then the zucchini just for a little while. I then add the diced chicken, salt and pepper for the tastes to combine (about 3-4 minutes). I heat-up the oven at 180 degrees (C), while I prepare the pie. Then I place the dough on the bottom of a cake tray, leaving edges long enough to cover up the filling. I fill it with the chicken mix, and close it on the top. Then the tray goes in the oven for about 30 minutes. It can be served either hot or cold, I usually serve it with a green salad. Enjoy!
