Chef Stevie Parle: how pop-ups are changing dining experience

    Hi guys, we wrote a piece recently and we would like to do a follow-up so it would be great to get your opinions.

    Chef Stevie Parle told us that he thinks experience is now as important as the food when people visit restaurants. He's the king of pop-up restaurants and obviously sings their praise, but we wanted to get a more rounded opinion from lots of chefs.

    So, in your opinions, what is more important, food or experience or are both equally significant? And what do you think of the pop-up restaurants?
