I didn't really know where else to post this so I thought here would fit the category. Feel free to move/

I am looking to go on a working holiday next year to work in a kitchen and learn some of the traditional cuisine and expand my knowledge. I am looking for about 6 - 8 weeks and I know some members on here have their own restaurants so I thought this might be a good idea. Since this is summer next year I will be on holidays from college so it would fit in nicely so I can get some training of college as well as on.

I am not looking to get paid for the work I do although it is a bonus. I am doing this voluntarily so I will work for you for free. I would like to go somewhere close to where I am where long flights wont be needed for my first working holiday. I plan on doing these every 2 - 3 years.

The main country I had in mind was France. If anyone here would like to discuss me coming and working for them for a few weeks that would be fantastic. I speak a little French which might benefit but we could discuss how we could go about it and how they would work me within the kitchen.

I have a food hygiene certificate so you can be assured of good hygiene from me.

Anyone who would be interested please send me a private message or leave a reply.
