Chef '95 looking for advice

    Just Graduated From Culinary School
    Hello, i am Nenad, i comming from Serbia and i live in small town "Apatin". I finished school last year, to be honest i didn't learn anything cos i worked in canteen and in that time its inpossible to transfer to other restaurant, now i work for free in one nice restaurant 1 month, restaurant prepares almost everything on grill, but has a little mediterranean cuisine, I am satisfied with the current success, I learned a lot of processed foods, and slowly begins working with meat and fish, i am looking for advice for faster learning, and for some new thing's, i accept all advices, thank you! And sorry for little bad english.
