    Hello my name is Ramy Akram-Ahmed, I am 20 years old and after 2 years of traditional schooling for mass media radio, and being on and off the fence about being in the culinary industry I have finally realized that this is what i want to do for the rest of my life. Right now I work at a brewery where I am a line cook but my true passion is baking and pastry art. I've been a line cook at 2 places for almost 2 years now so I'm just getting my foot in the door right now to get as much experience as I can. I would like to go to culinary school however I am unsure of where I would like to go, I have a dad that lives in vienna so I am considering going to school over seas so I look forward to meeting and hearing from cooks all over the world. very excited to have found this platform so I can learn from all kinds of people
