    Ing.
1 pound of flour, 2 tablespoons yeast 1/2 cup oil, 2 eggs, 2 cups water, 1/2 cup sugar.
MIX all ingredients ( use your hands or blander ), add 1 teaspoon of salt.

Cover the dough with a linen napkin, set aside an hour to rise (see when the dough has doubled in size).

Divide the dough into several pieces and start to create shapes, be creative, everything works well [IMG]  place the bread in oil lubricated.

Cover the molds with a linen napkin and let rise for another 20-30 minutes.

Brush with egg wash, top if desired with sesame seeds (you can use also fennel, shredded wheat, etc.)

    Time to bake it:
Baking on medium heat for half an hour until getting brownish.

    Bon appétit! [IMG]

    Optional:

    * Don’t brush with egg, Instead, just bake it and when done, put out the bread and brush it with honey/ honey dates/ sugar and cinnamon syrup, if you attend to do so, I recommend adding raisins to the specific dough piece.
