Castor Sugar substitute

    Hello,
    I want to make a cake recipe which calls for castor sugar, Can you recommend a substitute, I am unable to find it in the market.

    In England, standard finely granulated sugar is called castor sugar. In San Rafael where you are, just use standard finely granulated sugar, such as C&H Baker's Sugar.

    You can use super fine sugar.

    Domino also makes a superfine sugar.

    And if in Canada, you can use berry sugar.
