Besides a spread for bread what else can this be used for
Deviled eggs? Artichoke pesto? A sauce? Dippings?
Use it as a layer in a rolled roast stuffing. I could see coating a roast in it the manner of an olivata, but that would be pretty expensive.
It could be interesting substituted for mayo, not just on bread of course. part of the binder in a chicken salad, or even as part of the base of a salad dressing.
I mixed some into eggs before scrambling, great stuff. I also used their tomato spread the same way with some chedder cheese, yum.
Mixed into hot cooked pasta with Parmesan cheese and pine nuts, over pizza, in a hot baked potato?
