Hello everyone! I stumbled upon this site while searching for recipes and ended up reading for hours. Best resource I've ever found to date. Being only an amateur I will most likely be a 'lurker' but look forward to offering any advise I can one day. Most of my experience is mechanical but I truly appreciate the intricacies of food science. My favorite (favourite in Canada) is the BBQ, it never has snow on it, unlike the driveway. My neighbours think I'm crazy but there's nothing like a rotisserie chicken in February! If the BBQ is cold there's usually some hot coals in the smoker :beer: Cheers, Gary
