    i just started working in a candy popcorn establishment and it seems the recipes that the chef before me messed up pretty bad im not expierenced in candy production and was wondering if there are tips to be able to follow to assure a decent product?

    Watch the candy temperature carefully and, most importantly, don't skimp on the candy coating.
