I try to pick a culinary related book up every time i get paid and yesterday i picked up Cooking Dirty by Jason sheehan.  Next on my list will be Life On The Line by Grant Achatz and Ideas in Food by Aki Kamozawa & H. Alexander Talbot....what about yourself?

I'm about to read Ideas in Food also. I'm super excited about it. Right now I'm about halfway through Herve This's Molecular Gastronomy and Jay Raynor's The Man Who Ate the World.  Both are pretty good. I'm a big Herve This fan.
