    Looking to do some reading, what are your favorite and most useful books and chefs doing cool things to study?

    I Just Like Food
    Thomas Keller has a book out on sous vide called "under pressure" I like it.. although it's not something I go to often it's one of those books I consider to be higher up on my learning curve.
