    Hi, 

    Not sure what to say. 

    45 years old, with over 25 years experience in kitchens from almost every walk of life you can imagine. Currently working as a head chef in a pub with a jolly good reputation for food, however have worked in the catering department of a prison, a private royal household, hotels, pubs, so basically an old fashioned journeyman enjoying cooking in traditional ways.

    Not much else I can say really...
