Blueberry Bran Muffin Question

1 cup procesed bran

1/2 butter (room temp)

1 cup skim milk

1 cup of lightly packed brown sugar

1 egg

2 cups WW flour (self rising)

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

My question is:  I can't seem to find self rising WW flour.  Can I use regular WW flour and add some baking powder?  If so, fow much?

Yes, you can. I'd add 2 t of baking powder and about a teaspoon of salt. Self-rising flour has salt in it, too.
