Blue Cheese Crust (enough for 6-8 steaks)

1 pound&nbsp good quality blue cheese
½ pound cream cheese
1 1/2 cups&nbsp bread crumbs
¼ cup&nbsp parley, chopped
3 cloves&nbsp roasted garlic
2 tsp.&nbsp black pepper
3-5 splashes Tabasco



Combine all ingredients until well bound.&nbsp After steaks have rested, spread over top of steaks.&nbsp Place steaks under preheated broiler and broil for 3-4 minutes or until crust is golden brown around edges.
