Blast Chiller Dilemma

    Hi All, I am in the process of designing a new kitchen from scratch and wish to install a blast chiller that will cope with around 250 kg of wet product at a time. I am currently deciding between a Tecnomac T50 and a Foster MBC 250. Has anyone any experience with either of these brands or particular pieces of equipment? Thanks in advance..K.
