Biscuit base

Hi All, I have a problem with my new york cheesecake ,after baking,freezing,cutting, defrosting the digestive biscuit base keep separates from the cheesecake. Is any ideas why its happening? Screenshot_20201028-123051_Gmail.jpg Thanks

I think the base is rather thick; how are you prepping the pan? Spray? Butter? Are you using a springform pan or two piece cheesecake pan? Are you using only digestive biscuit crumbs or are you adding some graham crumbs in there as well? How much butter/crumb/sugar?

the batter isn't getting penetration in the base.
adding some flour and sugar to the digestive biscuit crumb along with melted butter should help.
